Juba mõnda aega seisis mul üks toorjuustupakk kapis, ilma et mul oleks, midagi tarka pähe tulnud sellega teha. Seega ostsin vahukoort juurde ja tegin toorjuustuvahtu, mida on lihtsamast lihtsam teha, ilma et selleks just suurem asi kokk peaks olema.

For a while I had one pack of cream cheese, but didn't have any ideas what to do with that. So finally I bought one carton of cream and made a cheese cream foam of it. And to do that you don't have to be that much of a cook and it's perfect dessert.
Just take one pack of cream cheese, one carton of cream and some fresh berries and mix it all up. Add some sugar as well. And it's ready. I did it with cherry jam, because I didn't have anything else at the moment, but it's perfect with blueberries or raspberries. And for serving use some fresh berries or fruits.
