Lõpuks otsustasin ka endale paar aastat tagasi palju kiidetud Maybelline Color Whisper huulepulga soetada. Ja ausalt öeldes ei saa ma aru, miks seda nii palju kiidetud on. Maybelline puhul olen üldse tähele pannud, et mõned tooted on lihtsalt imelised ja samas teine kõrval on suhteliselt ebaõnnestunud. Kui nende Smoeky Eye ripsmetušš ja Colorama küünelakid on juba aastaid mu vaieldamatud lemmikud, siis Color Whisper huulepulga järgi ma eriti haarama ei tõtta.
Finally I decided to buy myself Maybelline Color Whisper lipstick. I have read so many good reviews about it and now I don't get why everybody praise this product. Actually the thing with Maybelline is that some of they're product are amazing, and then the other ones are kind of failed. If they're Smokey Eye mascara and Colorama nail polishes have been my favorites for years, then the lipstick I don't like that much.
Toonide osas ma viriseda ei saa, sest toonid oleks justkui mulle loodud, mõnusalt õrnad ja samas ka õrnalt läbikumavad. Samuti meeldib mulle nende kreemjas koostis ning neid on äärmiselt mugav peale kanda. Aga see miski, mis minu jaoks puudu jäi on püsivus. Parematel juhtudel püsib, ehk tunnike peal, kuid enamikul juhtudel kulub see juba poole tunniga maha. Ehk kui hommikul enne uksest välja astumist panen huulepulka peale, siis kooli jõudes ei ole sellest enam midagi järgi. Ja just see ongi põhjus, miks see huulepulk lihtsalt viimased kuu aega mul lihtsalt kapil seisnud on. Sest ma ei näe mõtet huulepulgal, millega sa pead iga poole tunni tagant jälle huuled üle võõpama. Muidugi, siinkohal püsivuse osas mängib kindlasti rolli ka toon, kuna tugevama värvipigmendiga püsib ilmselgelt pisut kauem peal. See nüüd täielik ebaõnnestumine pole, värv on ju ilus ja huultel jääb ka mõnus. Aga suurt kiidulaulu nagu ma varasemalt lugenud olen, see minu arust väärt ei ole.
Tones are so beautiful, perfect to me, since I don't wear that intensive make up. And I like how creamy the concistency is, which makes it so easy to put on. But the main thing I don't like about these are that they don't stay on. It stays on maximum one hour, if even that. Mostly when I but it on before leaving home, then when I arrive to school I have nothing left on my lips. And that's the reason why I haven't uset it for a month. I just don't see a point on a lipstick which you have to renew for every half an hour. Probably darker ones stay on longer, but since I prefer lighter ones I don't see point of using it at all. In concluson I can't say it's totally failed - the color is beautiful and it feels light on lips. But in my eyes it's not worth so much praise.
