Lihtne hapukoorekook

Vahepeal ei viitsinud ma üldse miskit küpsetada, kuid tundub, et olen oma küpsetamispisiku tagasi saanud ja tahaks jälle kõiksugu uusi ja vanu retsepte proovida. Kuna suvi läheneb, aga eelmisel aastal sai sügavkülma varud kõiksugu marjadega päris korralikult ära täita, siis mõtlesin ühte vana head retsepti natuke täiendada. Originaalis käivad sinna sisse rosinad, mida ma aga ei söö, seega olen need välja jätnud. Ja siis on see kergelt öeldes lihtsalt sellinne saiane kook. Lisasin seekord maasikaid ja peale tegin suhkrust ja kookoshelvestest krõbeda katte.

There were a time when I had absolutely no intrest of baking, but seems that now I have got my baking mood back and want to try some good old and new recipes. And since the summer is getting closer and our freezer is still full I thought it's about time to start to empty this. Originally this recipe has raisins, but since I don't eat these, this cake has been kind of white bread cake. Even though it's actually really good without any filling, I sometimes like to add something to it. This time I added some strawberries and made coating of sugar and coconut flakes.


Vaja läheb: 3 muna, 1kl suhkrut, 200ml hapukoort, 1,5 kl jahu, 2 tl küpsetuspulbrit, kausitäis maasikaid, kookoshelbeid.

You need: 3 eggs, 1 glass of sugar,  200ml sour cream, 1,5 glass of flour, 2 ts backing powder, bowl of strawberries, coconut flakes


Vahusta munad suhkruga ning lisa sellele hapukoor. Sega omavahel jahu ja küpsetuspulber ja seejärel lisa see segule. Vala tainas küpsetusvormi ning lisa maasikad. Lõpuks raputa peale veel suhkrut ja kookoshelbeid. Küpseta kooki 200 kraadi juures, kuni see muutub kulpruuniks või katseta hambatikuga, kas kook on piisavalt küpsenud.

Whipe eggs with sugar and mix it with sour cream. Mix up backing powder and flour and add it to the mixture. Pour dough in backing tin and add strawberries.For last thing add sugar and coconut flakes on top of the cake. Bake it with 200 degrees until it getting golden brown or try with a thoothpick if it cooked enough.
